Proceedings and Publication

The conference proceedings will be published and indexed via the EI Compendex. Selected papers from previous CICTPs have been invited to submit to special issues of SCI-indexed journals such as IET Intelligent Transportation Systems Journal, ASCE Journal of Urban Planning and Development, Transportation Research Part C and Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems. We plan to continue this tradition and seek to publish special journal issues for CICTP 2020-21 on internationally recognized journals, including:

All papers accepted for publication and to be published in ASCE must be submitted by Dec 15,

1. Follow the CICTP 2020 Paper Formatting Instruction
This will be strictly enforced. Any paper that does not follow this format may be returned without publication.

2. Fill out the ASCE Authorship Originality & CTA Form
Note that everything in this CTA form must be EXACTLY the same as the final paper to be published. Please check paper title, authors’ name, authors’ order, corresponding author, etc. Any paper that has inconsistent information shown in the CTA form may be returned without publication.

3. Register the conference and pay for the publication fee
Please note the paper ID and the name of the first author while paying for the publication fee online. Note that Dec 15 is the HARD deadline for all papers to be published. No extension will be granted after Dec 15.


Please note that no change to the final paper can be made after Dec 15. Please finalize your paper and authors’ information by Dec. 15.
No extension can be granted for any change after Dec 15. No exception.
