CICTP2020-21 Organizing Committee
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the CICTP 2020-21 meeting was postponed to December 17-20, 2021. According to the rules of the publishing partner ASCE, conference proceedings published through ASCE are usually published online after the conference. After coordination and communication with ASCE, the CICTP 2020-21 conference proceedings will be published online in mid-December, 2021. We will notify the authors by email after the proceeding is online.
由于受到新冠疫情的影响，CICTP2020-21会议延期至2021年12月17日-20日。根据出版合作方ASCE的规定，通过其出版的会议论文集等刊物通常在会后出版上线。通过和ASCE的多次协调沟通后，本次CICTP 2020-21会议论文集将于2021年12月中旬上线。论文集上线后，我们将通过邮件通知各位作者。
After careful considerations in light of the globally continuous development of the COVID-19, we have decided to postpone the CICTP 2020-21 until December 17-20, 2021. Our decision is aimed to ensure our audiences, partners, and staffs in a safe environment, while providing an exciting opportunity of reuniting our international audiences and friends together.
We remain excited to host you later this year and will get back to you with more information on this event in the coming days. Your registration will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. The latest information will always be available at our conference website.

CICTP is a leading international academic conference that premier gathering of transportation professionals worldwide who are interested in contributing to or gaining a profound understanding of transportation development in China.
CICTP addresses critical issues and challenges emerging from the development of efficient, safe and green multimodal transportation systems.
In 2020 and 2021, we will address challenges and opportunities emerging from the development of
new technologies. Transportation research that address the needs of the "Transportation Development for Belt and Road Areas"
is especially encouraged.
The conference will host a series of technical sessions,
plenary sessions, and special forums, including the World Bank Forum, the Dean’s
Forum, and COTA Career Development Forum for Young Scholars and Students and Transportation Studies Forum for International Students in China. The
best-paper awards and other professional awards will be granted to the authors of
excellent papers or institutes/enterprises which have made outstanding contributions to
the development of transportation systems in China.
